How to view your NPS scores and surveys

Now you can also access your shop's Net Promoter Score to see how customers rate their recent service experience.

 

Get customer comments and see how they rated:
  • Your professionalism
  • Technician performance
  • Ease of experience
  • Likelihood to renew their insurance policy with their current provider
  • Likelihood to recommend your shop to others

The Net Promoter Score®, was popularized by Fred Reichheld in his book The Ultimate Question: Driving Good Profits and True Growth, it is one of the simplest loyalty measures. Customers are asked "How likely is it that you would recommend my company to a friend or colleague?“

Once you’ve logged in, you can see individual survey scores and comments.

  1. You can view any NPS survey that an insured has completed.
  2. To view the record, visit your Accepted or Paid referrals, and click on the designated job. The NPS link (score + View full survey) can be found at the bottom of the page.
  3. If this space is blank, it means the customer did not complete a survey.
